RETURNS.

Because every AVNTG piece is made on order, we don't keep a return shelf the way a high-street shop does. Each garment is cut for the person who chose it, which means we ask you to choose carefully — and we'll help you do that before you click buy.

That said, we stand behind everything that leaves the workroom. If a piece arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged, or simply isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right — at our cost, with no fuss.

№ WHAT WE'LL ALWAYS REPLACE

MANUFACTURING FAULTS
Stitching, seams, or fabric defects out of the box.
PRINT ISSUES
Misaligned, cracked, or noticeably different from the product image.
WRONG ITEM OR SIZE SENT
If we shipped something other than what your order confirmed.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Anything the carrier roughed up on the way to you.

Write to us within fourteen days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We'll remake or refund — your call.

№ WHERE WE CAN'T HELP

Because pieces are produced individually for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or fit preference. The garment can't go back on a shelf, and we'd rather not send a perfectly good piece to landfill.

Our size guide on each product page is detailed and honest. If you're between sizes or unsure, write to us before ordering — we'd rather spend ten minutes helping you choose than process a return neither of us wants.

№ HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM

WRITE TO US
Email returns@avntg.com within fourteen days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of what's wrong, and two or three clear photos.

WE'LL ASSESS
We usually reply within one business day. For straightforward cases — print faults, transit damage, wrong item — there's nothing more to do on your end.
03
REMAKE OR REFUND
Tell us which you'd prefer. A replacement enters production right away on our standard delivery window. A refund lands on your original payment method within five business days.
