AVNTG is made on order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — each piece is cut and finished after you've chosen it, then sent on its way. It's a slower way to dress, and a quieter one. Less is wasted, and what arrives is genuinely yours.
Every order ships worldwide on a DELIVERED DUTY PAID basis: the price you pay at checkout is the price at the door. No customs invoices, no surprises on the doorstep.
№ DELIVERY WINDOWS
Windows cover the full journey — from the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and what's in your cart.
№ CARRIERS
Parcels travel with DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DPD — whichever serves your lane best. You'll receive tracking by email the moment a label is generated.
№ DESTINATIONS
We deliver to most of the world — the European Union and United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and over a hundred destinations besides. A small number of lanes are occasionally restricted by carriers or customs; if your country isn't supported at checkout, it will say so plainly.
In rare cases, remote areas may still levy a local duty on arrival. If this happens to you, send us the receipt and we'll reimburse it.
№ A FEW NOTES
Address changes after dispatch are at the carrier's discretion. Write to us within an hour of ordering if something needs to change and we'll do our best.
If a parcel is delayed beyond its window, or arrives less than perfect, write to atelier@avntg.com and we'll see it through with you.
